_13.6. & 14.6.2023 @ Tali Sports Park, Ulvilantie 21

Join us for a one-day junior camp for everyone (boys and girls)! No previous rugby experience needed. We focus on fun, games and moving around, and we will introduce tag rugby to beginners. We will only play tag rugby, so there will be no person-to-person contact/tackling during the camp.

14.6. for children at the age of 12-14

What is rugby?

Rugby is an active team sport, which is very popular in the United Kingdom, France, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. Rugby is a versatile sport for all shapes and sizes, which involves running, passing, kicking, coordination, tactics, and strength.

At the junior level, the focus is on playing, fun and moving around, and children will only ease into contact and tackles after they have completed a certain amount of training. At the camp, we won't have any person-to-person contact, we will only 'tackle' some soft foam pads.
